We currently offer group classes and private 1-1 mobility training so you can choose the style that best fits your lifestyle and goals.
Group Mobility Classes
Our group sessions are a great way to stay consistent while benefiting from the energy of a small, supportive community. Each class is guided by an experienced coach and focuses on:
Increasing flexibility and joint mobility
Improving balance and posture
Reducing stiffness and muscle tightness
Building long-term resilience and injury prevention
Weekly Class Schedule
Monday & Wednesday – 7:00 AM (Coach Dean)
Tuesday & Thursday – 3:30 PM (Coach Yana)
