At Boca Mobility, we believe mobility is the foundation of strength, recovery, and long-term wellness. Whether you’re looking to enhance athletic performance, reduce stiffness from daily routines, or simply move more freely, our programs are designed to help you feel stronger, healthier, and more energized.

We currently offer group classes and private 1-1 mobility training so you can choose the style that best fits your lifestyle and goals.

Group Mobility Classes

Our group sessions are a great way to stay consistent while benefiting from the energy of a small, supportive community. Each class is guided by an experienced coach and focuses on:

✅  Increasing flexibility and joint mobility

✅  Improving balance and posture

✅  Reducing stiffness and muscle tightness

✅  Building long-term resilience and injury prevention

Weekly Class Schedule

  • Monday & Wednesday – 7:00 AM (Coach Dean)

  • Tuesday & Thursday – 3:30 PM (Coach Yana)

Mobility Workshops

If you want more personalized attention, our 1-on-1 sessions are designed specifically around your body, goals, and lifestyle.

This option is ideal if you:
